Speedify Speed Bonding Mode Overview
What is Speed Mode?
Speed Mode is Speedify’s default bonding mode, designed to combine multiple internet connections like Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and Cellular (3G, 4G, 5G) into one faster and more reliable connection.
Speed Mode focuses on giving the best combined speed from your Internet connections. It distributes your data across multiple connections at once, so you can take full advantage of your total available bandwidth.
For example, if your Wi-Fi connection can deliver 50 Mbps and your cellular connection offers 30 Mbps, Speed Mode can use both simultaneously for a total speed potential of up to 80 Mbps.
How Speedify Combines Connections in Speed Mode
Speedify uses its Channel Bonding Technology to intelligently split and reassemble your traffic across multiple networks. Each connection is continuously monitored for latency, packet loss, and throughput, allowing Speedify to make real-time decisions about where to send packets for optimal performance.
In Speed Mode:
- Traffic is spread across all active internet connections for maximum throughput.
- Automatic failover ensures ongoing sessions aren’t interrupted if one connection drops.
Encryption keeps your data secure during transmission.
This mode is ideal when you want the fastest possible speeds for example, when downloading large files, uploading videos, or gaming.
Enhanced Streaming Mode (Optional Feature)
When using Speed Mode, you have the option to enable Enhanced Streaming Mode.
Enhanced Streaming Mode adds intelligence to how Speedify prioritizes traffic. It detects and prioritizes streaming-related data such as video calls, live streams, and VoIP ensuring a smoother experience even if your connection becomes unstable.
When Enhanced Streaming Mode is enabled:
- Real-time streams are kept stable even under changing network conditions.
- Other non-critical data is deprioritized to preserve streaming quality.
You can toggle this feature only while in Speed Mode.

When to Use Speed Mode
Use Speed Mode when:
- You want to maximize total available bandwidth.
- You frequently stream or download large files.
You want a balance between speed and reliability.
