Next Steps After Purchasing Your Speedify Subscription
This article explains what to expect right after purchasing a Speedify subscription and walks you through how to get your account set up and Speedify installed on your devices.
Check Your Email
After a successful purchase, Speedify sends a Welcome Email to the address you entered at checkout. This email arrives within a few minutes and contains everything you need to get started. Look for an email from support@speedify.com.
What's in Your Welcome Email From Speedify
The contents of your Welcome Email depend on the type of subscription you purchased.
Individual/Family/Teams; Monthly/Yearly/3-Year Subscription
Your Welcome Email includes:
- A link to set your password
- A Download link to get the latest version of the Speedify app
Families Monthly, Yearly, or 3-Year Subscription
Your Welcome Email includes:
- A link to set your password
- A link to your Families Dashboard, where you can invite or remove members and manage your plan
- A Download link to get the latest version of the Speedify app

Teams Monthly or Yearly Subscription
Your Welcome Email includes:
- A link to set your password
- A link to your Teams Dashboard, where you can add or remove seats, invite or remove members, manage Dedicated Servers, and upgrade your plan
- A Download link to get the latest version of the Speedify app

Set Up and Sign In
Once you've set your Speedify password using the link in the Welcome Email and downloaded and installed Speedify on your devices, you're ready to sign in and start using your Speedify subscription.
