Changing Apple ID Single Sign-On (SSO) Settings for Speedify
This article explains how to fix sign-in issues that can occur when Apple's private email relay is associated with your Speedify account instead of your real email address.
What's Going On
When you sign in to a service using Apple ID, Apple gives you the option to hide your real email address and use a private relay address instead. This is great for privacy, but it can cause a problem with Speedify: if your Speedify account was created with your real email address, and you later sign in using Apple's private relay address, Speedify's system won't be able to match the two. The result is that you won't be able to sign in.
The fix is to remove the Apple ID Single Sign-On (SSO) association from Speedify's entry in your Apple ID settings. After that, you'll be able to sign in to Speedify with your real email address again.
Let's Get Started
Step 1
Go to appleid.apple.com and sign in to your Apple ID account.
Step 2
Scroll down to the Sign in with Apple section and click the button labeled "Sign in with Apple."

Step 3
A list of apps and websites that use Sign in with Apple will appear. Find and select Speedify from the list.

Step 4
Review the email address shown to confirm it's the one you want to remove from Speedify, then click Stop using Sign in with Apple.

Step 5
A confirmation prompt will appear. Click Stop using to finalize the change.

Once complete, you can sign in to Speedify using your real email address and password as usual.
