Speedify Account Removal Request - GDPR

Under Speedify's Privacy Policy, you have the right to request that your personal data be erased. This article explains what that process involves and how to submit your request.

What You'll Need

• Access to the email address linked to your Speedify account
• To cancel any active subscriptions before submitting your request

Let's Get Started

Step 1

If you have an active Speedify subscription, cancel it before submitting your erasure request.

Note: If you have any other Connectify products linked to your account - such as Connectify Hotspot or Edgewise - you will lose access to those as well once your account is removed.

Step 2

Send an email to privacy@speedify.com from the email address your Speedify account is linked with to submit your GDPR request.

Speedify will process all erasure requests within 30 days. Once completed, any personal data collected through Speedify will be deleted and any licenses associated with your account will be terminated.
