Modifying or Canceling a Speedify Subscription
This article explains how to manage your Speedify subscription, including how to upgrade your plan, cancel automatic renewals, or request a refund - depending on where you originally made your purchase.
Managing Your Speedify Account
You can manage most account details through the Speedify Account Management Portal. This includes:
- Resetting your password
- Upgrading or changing your Speedify subscription
- Canceling your subscription
- Adding or managing users (for Speedify for Families plans and Speedify Teams account owners or administrators)
How Speedify Subscription Renewals Work
Speedify subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each service period, and your payment method on file is charged again at that time. You can cancel at any time and if you do, your subscription continues until the current subscription period ends. Canceled accounts aren't refunded for unused time, unless the cancellation is requested within the first 30 days of your initial purchase.
How to Cancel Your Speedify Subscription
The steps to cancel depend on where you originally purchased your Speedify subscription.
If You Purchased Through the Speedify Website
You can cancel directly through the Subscription Account Portal under View Billing.
If You Purchased Through the Apple App Store
Apple handles all subscription changes and refunds for purchases made through the App Store. We are not able to modify or refund those purchases directly. To cancel your renewal or request a refund, follow the steps in Apple's support article on managing subscriptions.
If You Purchased Through the Google Play Store
Google handles all subscription changes and refunds for purchases made through the Play Store. To cancel your renewal or request a refund, follow the steps in Google's support article on managing subscriptions.
