How do I change my account Email?

To change the email associated with your Speedify/Connectify account, simply contact us and provide both your current account email address and the one you wish to change it to.

We are happy to change emails in any of the following circumstances:

If you...

  • Purchased one of our products online and made a typo while purchasing.
  • Used an email address that you no longer have access to.
  • Just want to change the email address associated with your Speedify/Connectify account.

We'll do the rest, and let you know once it's resolved. The process generally takes one business day to be completed.
