Can I add a second Internet connection on Linux (Ubuntu or Raspberry Pi OS)? You can, with Speedify

Speedify is installed and running on your Ubuntu or Raspberry Pi OS device. Now it's time to add more internet connections so Speedify can do what it does best: combine them using Channel Bonding for faster upload and download speeds and a more reliable connection.

How Speedify Works with Your Connections

Speedify can use any internet connection that your Linux device recognizes: Wi-Fi connections, Ethernet connections, tethered iPhones, tethered Android phones, and more. If your device can get online using it, Speedify can bond it.

Speedify does not create new connections for you. You need to add each connection to your device first, and then Speedify will detect and use it.

Note: When combining connections, make sure they come from independent internet sources. Connecting to the same network twice (for example, once over Wi-Fi and once over Ethernet on the same router) typically won't improve your speeds.

Your Options for Adding Connections

Here are the ways you can add more internet connections to your Linux device for Speedify to use:

Did you know - Speedify works on routers too, so every device on your network can benefit from faster upload and download speeds without needing to install anything on each device individually. Learn more about Speedify for Routers.
