Apple App Store Refund Request Process

This article explains how to request a refund for a Speedify subscription purchased through the Apple App Store (iTunes). Because the purchase was made through Apple, all refund requests must go through Apple directly.


Requesting a Refund

Step 1

Go to Apple's Report a Problem page. You can also find this link in the email receipt Apple sent you at the time of purchase.

Step 2

Sign in using the Apple ID (Apple account) associated with the original purchase.

Step 3

Use the search bar on the page and type Speedify to locate your purchase.

Step 4

Click Report a Problem next to the Speedify purchase you'd like to refund.

Step 5

In the Choose Problem dropdown menu, select the option that best describes your situation.

Step 6

In the text box, explain that you'd like a refund and briefly describe the reason.

Step 7

Click Submit. Apple will follow up within a few days to let you know whether your refund request has been approved.
