Set Up Company Account Sign-In for Your Organization

Your team can sign in to Speedify with their work accounts. With Company Account sign-in, employees use the same credentials they already use for email and other company tools, and your organization controls Speedify access from one place. No shared passwords, no separate Speedify logins to track, and no manual cleanup when someone joins or leaves.

This is Single Sign-On (SSO) for Speedify. Once it's enabled, your team members simply select Sign in with Company Account on the Speedify sign-in page.

Why Set This Up

• One set of credentials. Employees sign in with their existing work account, so there's nothing new for them to remember.
• Centralized access control. Grant or remove Speedify access through your own identity provider. When an employee leaves, removing their work account removes their Speedify access too.
• Your security policies apply. Multi-factor authentication and any other sign-in requirements your organization enforces carry over to Speedify automatically.
• Less administrative overhead. No password resets to field and no separate list of Speedify accounts to maintain.

How to Request Company Account Sign-In

Company Account sign-in is configured on a per-organization basis, so setup starts with a request to Speedify.

1. Contact Speedify support to request Company Account sign-in for your organization.
2. The Speedify team will guide you through connecting your identity provider and confirm the details needed to link it to your organization's Speedify account.
3. Once the connection is verified, the Speedify team will confirm that Company Account sign-in is live for your team.

What Happens During Setup

Connecting your identity provider involves exchanging a small amount of configuration between your organization and Speedify so the two systems trust each other. The Speedify team will tell you exactly what's needed for your specific provider and walk through it with you. In most cases, an administrator on your side and the Speedify team can complete the connection together in a single working session.

Speedify manages Company Account sign-in through Zitadel, its identity and access management platform. Your team members won't interact with Zitadel directly. To them, it's simply the Sign in with Company Account button.

After Setup: What Your Team Sees

Once Company Account sign-in is enabled, your employees:

1. Go to the Speedify sign-in page at https://my.speedify.com/login.
2. Select Sign in with Company Account.
3. Sign in with their work credentials on your organization's sign-in page.
4. Return to Speedify, signed in automatically.

Managing Access

• Adding a team member: Once their work account exists in your identity provider and is permitted to access Speedify, they can sign in with the steps above.
• Removing a team member: Remove or disable their work account, or revoke their Speedify access, in your identity provider. Their Speedify access ends without any separate action in Speedify.
