Using Speedify on Multiple Devices

This article explains how Speedify handles multiple devices on a single account, and what to do if you run into the active session limits.


How Many Devices Can You Use Speedify On?

You can install Speedify on as many computers and mobile devices as you like. However, each Speedify account is limited to 5 active sessions at the same time. This means you can be signed in and using Speedify on up to 5 devices simultaneously.


What Happens If You Hit the Device Limit?

If you already have 5 active devices and want to sign in on a new one, you'll need to stop using Speedify on one of your existing devices first. After that device has been inactive for 7 days, you'll be able to sign in on the new device.


Managing Your Devices

You can view and manage your connected devices at any time by visiting the Speedify Account management portal at my.speedify.com.


Note for Speedify for Families and Speedify for Teams Users

If you have a Speedify for Families plan, each family member on your plan gets their own 5 simultaneous active sessions. If you have Speedify for Teams, each user with a seat can also use up to 5 devices.
