How to install the Speedify website version on macOS

If you want to install the Speedify .dmg client from our website, whether it is because you want to use the speedify_cli on mac, or you simply don't want to use the App Store, you can download the .dmg file from our downloads page.

Once you download the Speedify.dmg, double-click to open it and drag it to your Apps Folder.

When you run the Speedify app for the first time, a popup will appear asking for permission to use a new Network Extension. Make sure to select Open System Settings.

Now toggle to enable the Speedify extension:

And finally, click Allow on the popup for Speedify to add a VPN configuration.

That's it, Speedify is now installed and ready to bond connections on your macOS device.
