Can I limit the transfer rate for a connection with Speedify?
Speedify allows you to limit the rate of any connection used. This may be useful, especially when you're using metered connections, to make sure you don't run over the data caps quickly.
Rate limiting is not enabled by default, so to do this, you need to follow the steps below:
- In the Speedify main screen, tap on the connection you want to set a rate limit on.
- Tap the slider for "Rate Limit" to enable it.
- Tap on the rate limit and choose a new one from the pre-defined menu.
To disable rate limiting for a connection, just tap the slider for "Rate Limit" to disable it.
