Mean Opinion Score (MOS) in Speedify Overview
Each of your connections in Speedify shows a star rating. That rating is the connection's MOS (Mean Opinion Score) - a standard measure of how well the connection will perform for voice and video calls, based on its latency, jitter, and packet loss.
A higher score means smoother, clearer calls. A low score means that connection is struggling, and calls carried over it may sound choppy, lag, or cut out.
