Error: "Sorry, we didn't recognize your login details"
If you see the message "Sorry, we didn't recognize your login details. Please check your email and password, then try again," you have likely entered the wrong password.

Connectify Hotspot and Speedify use the same user account and password, so changing the password on one will also change it on the other.
