I subscribed to Speedify, what's next?

So you purchased a Speedify Subscription, Great! But what's next?

Once you have successfully purchased a Speedify Subscription, you will receive a Welcome Email to the email address that you entered upon your purchase. This email contains further instructions on how to set up your account and how to start using Speedify. The email should arrive within a matter of minutes after a successful purchase, so please be on the lookout for an email from support@speedify.com.

Note: Please do make sure to check your Spam, Junk, and other such folders for the welcome email from Speedify, as these automated emails do tend to land in those folders sometimes. 

Individual Monthly, Yearly or 3-year Subscriptions

If you purchased an Individual Monthly, Yearly or 3-year Subscription, the Welcome Email you receive contains the email address you signed up with, followed by a Link to Set your Password - make sure to choose a strong one! 

You will also see a Download link where you can get the latest version of the Speedify app. 

Families Monthly, Yearly or 3-year Subscriptions

If you purchased a Families Monthly, Yearly or 3-year Subscription, the Welcome Email you receive includes the email address you signed up with, as well as a Link to Set your Password - make sure to choose a strong one! 

You will also see a link that will direct you to your Families Dashboard, where you can manage the Member users of your Subscription plan. Here, you'll be able to invite and remove Members from the Subscription, as well as Upgrade your Subscription, in case you decide to do so. The Welcome Email also contains a Download link where you can get the latest version of the Speedify app. 

Teams Monthly or Yearly Subscriptions

If you purchased a Teams Monthly or Yearly Subscription, the Welcome Email you receive includes the email address you signed up with, as well as a Link to Set your Password - make sure to choose a strong one! 

You will also see a link that will direct you to your Teams Dashboard, where you can manage the Member users of your Subscription plan. Here, you'll be able to Add and Remove Seats, Invite and Remove Members from the Subscription, Manage your Dedicated Servers if you purchased any, as well as Upgrade your Subscription, in case you decide to do so. The Welcome Email also contains a Download link where you can get the latest version of the Speedify app. 

Regardless of what Subscription type you signed up with, once you have set up your Password through the link in the Welcome Email, and downloaded and installed Speedify to your devices, you'll be able to Sign In to your paid Speedify account, and enjoy Speedify's Unlimited Service!
